Mr. Serrano  is the Deputy Director, Research Business and Operations for the Nutrition Research Institute (NRI) at UNC-Chapel Hill.  He joined the NRI in March 2018 as the Deputy Director of Research Business and Operations. He works closely with NRI leadership, research teams, and other stakeholders in the exploration and implementation of human capital and financial strategies to advance organizational research, service, and other institutional goals.
